Accommodation is provided at the conference venue in Schloss Waldthausen and is included in the conference fee. Rooms are reserved from August 25 (Monday) to 29 (Friday), but early arrival on Sunday, Aug 24, is possible, and costs 78 € (accommodation and breakfast). Please indicate a Sunday arrival in your registration.

In case you prefer to organize your own accommodation, there are many available hotels in Mainz. Located directly at the train station and offering reasonable rates are Hotel Hammer and Hotel Königshof, but you may find several other good hotels using the usual booking portals.
